Summary: Responsible for building and strengthening customer relationships by providing excellent service and ensuring the customers’ needs are met by evaluating and recommending the most appropriate bank products and services. Position will require sales skills. Responsible for processing teller transactions, CSR functions and consumer loans in a prompt and courteous manner.

The location for this position will be in either the Silo Square or Olive Branch location. 

Summary:  Operates a Teller window by providing prompt, efficient and accurate customer service, maintains security of a cash drawer; represents the Bank in a courteous, professional manner alert to customer needs, cross-sells bank products, and refers customers to the appropriate staff.

Secondary Duties- CSR:  Interacts with customers to open new accounts, maintains existing accounts in response to inquiries about products and services, cross-sells all bank products and services, and resolves customer complaint. Provides general clerical assistance to the department.

Summary- Primary - Loan Assistant: Promotes and maintains positive relations with all contacts, customers and potential customers, prepares loan files, and establishes a rapport with the customer for cross-selling other bank products.

Summary: The Collections Associate II is responsible for the collection and recovery of delinquent consumer, residential mortgage, credit card, and commercial loan accounts. This position works directly with customers to identify repayment solutions, monitors delinquent portfolios, and assists in reducing loan losses while maintaining positive customer relationships.

Location: The location for this position may be flexible based on where the applicant is located as well as office space availability within our Planters Bank system. This position may require some travel.
