Crystal Williams Promoted to Vice President of Credit Administration!

Planters Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Crystal Williams to Vice President of Credit Administration at the Southaven branch. Williams has been a valued member of the Planters family since 2009.
“Crystal joined our bank as an Operations Clerk, progressed to a Credit Analyst, and later advanced to Assistant Vice President in Credit Administration in the Loan Operations area. She has demonstrated exceptional leadership by developing a comprehensive training program for her staff as well as serving as a mentor for each of them. We are confident she will continue to provide outstanding leadership in her new role in Credit Administration. We are so grateful to have her on our team,” stated Shelia Riddick, Senior Vice President of Credit Administration.
Williams is a graduate of the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and is also a graduate of The Southeastern School of Commercial Lending. She is currently enrolled in the 2026 Foundations of Leadership class with the Mississippi Bankers Association.
Williams is married to Jonathan Williams, and they have five children – Jonathan, Journey, Julian, Jordan, and Maliya. She volunteers at her church, St. Matthew C.O.G.I.C in Lambert, Mississippi.
