Courtney brings with her over eight years of customer service experience, a foundation that has greatly influenced her career in banking. She began her career at Planters Bank as a teller, where her dedication and work ethic quickly led to her promotion to Customer Service Representative. In her previous roles, Courtney played a crucial part in training new employees, demonstrating her leadership skills and commitment to team success.

After attending Riverside High School in Avon and Mississippi Delta Community College, Courtney is currently participating in Planters Bank's Manager Accelerator Program. This initiative fosters the development of future leaders within the bank and reflects Courtney's drive to grow as a professional in the financial industry.

In addition to her work at Planters Bank, Courtney is passionate about education and community engagement. She volunteers with the Mississippi Bankers Program's initiative, "A Banker in Every Classroom," where she shares her expertise and insights about banking with the next generation.

Courtney resides in Greenville with her husband, Michael Muirhead, and their two sons, Lawson and Landon.
